Danny Shea

MD & Contracts Director

Danny had worked in the roofing industry for nearly 30 years before setting up Riteshield in 2015. He began his career as a roofer and worked his way up, meaning his knowledge of the industry is second-to-none. Danny’s standards for the quality of the team’s workmanship are extremely high – he understands that a poor roofing job gets exposed very quickly, which is why he ensures Riteshield’s reputation is to always do the job properly first time. He’s justly proud of having built up a great team of caring, skilled and professional people.

Under Danny’s leadership, Riteshield has become known as a company that not only cares about its customers but also its staff and the local community. The company proudly sponsors Stotfold Football Club, Letchworth Rugby Club and Jackie’s Drop-In Centre for adults with disabilities.

Richard Pawlowski

Surveyor & Sales Team Director

After spending 15 years as a roofing surveyor, Richard joined us in January 2016. One of the reasons he joined us was because he was so impressed by Riteshield’s pride in its professionalism and high levels of client service. To him it’s a pleasure to introduce new clients to the company, and securing a long-term business relationship always puts a smile on his face.

When he’s not at work, Richard is very much an outdoor person. He likes to spend his spare time keeping fit, playing golf and taking an interest in sports such as football and horse racing.

Tony Watkins

Business Manager

Tony was integral in helping Danny set up Riteshield in 2015. After initially doing a degree in Chemical Engineering, he joined the roofing trade in the 1980s, working across all aspects of the industry. When the opportunity arose to become part of a new roofing business, he jumped at the chance and has really enjoyed the challenges associated with growing and running what has become a hugely successful company in just four short years.

Tony believes Riteshield’s success and reputation is down to having a highly skilled team that not only provides professional, quality and safety-conscious workmanship, but excellent customer service too.

Ian Fisher

Foreman

With 19 years’ experience in the roofing trade, Ian joined Riteshield in 2016. He takes great pride in all Riteshield’s work and works hard to ensure complete customer satisfaction from the beginning to the end of a job. For Ian, it is a great feeling when a client is clearly delighted with the result of the work done by his staff.

Jamie Hamilton

Estimator

Before joining Riteshield in 2018, Jamie had been in the roofing trade for 11 years. Happy customers are his stock in trade, and he believes in building long-lasting relationships through great work, perfectionism and realistic expectations.

Outside of the day job, he enjoys playing and watching a variety of sports, as well as spending time socialising with his family and friends.
